TOWARDS PROGRESS IN PARTNERSHIP

On June 9, 2022, an online Extended Technical Council of the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" was held, chaired by Dastan Abdyldaevich Usubankunov, Deputy General Director of SE "NC Kyrgyz Temir Zholu," with the heads and specialists of the RB, D, TP, and ShE services, together with representatives of a group of engineering companies from the unified TMH division — Transtelesoft LLC, TMH-Intelligent Systems LLC, and AVP Technology LLC.

A brief overview was presented of large-scale planned projects for the construction of new railway sections and the modernization of existing sections, technical facilities and rolling stock of the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu," as well as the current key challenges requiring modern, economically and technically sound solutions.

TMH-Intelligent Systems LLC spoke about modern digital technical solutions for train traffic control — digital signaling, centralization and blocking (SCB) systems.

Specialists from TMH-Intelligent Systems LLC and Transtelesoft LLC gave their recommendations on modern technical solutions for the selection of dispatcher and locomotive radio communication equipment.

Transtelesoft LLC presented the "Bort" digital safety systems for traction rolling stock as a platform for further development, with the possibility of organizing train movement using moving block sections.

An efficient locomotive — resource-saving parameter recording systems "RPDA-T" and the diesel locomotive automatic start-up system "SAZDT" — was the subject of a presentation by representatives of AVP Technology LLC.

An active discussion took place, and the issues raised were referred for further discussion in working-group format according to their relevance, which will allow the National Company "Kyrgyz Temir Zholu" to rationally allocate funds and resources for modernizing the railway industry of the Kyrgyz Republic, making it more modern, safe, environmentally friendly and efficient.
