"Railway Rolling Stock: Problems, Solutions, Prospects"

From April 19 to 22, the Second International Scientific and Technical Conference "Railway Rolling Stock: Problems, Solutions, Prospects" is being held in Tashkent.

It is dedicated to analyzing problems and finding solutions in the design, repair, and modernization of rolling stock, and also involves discussing promising directions for the industry's development.

The conference covers areas such as:

high-speed electric rolling stock, multiple-unit and special rolling stock, locomotives, freight cars, dynamics, strength and reliability of rolling stock, transport safety, occupational and environmental protection, digital transformation and socio-economic systems, and materials science.

Representatives of Transtelesoft LLC are taking an active part in the conference.

Dmitry Vitalyevich Volkovsky, Head of the Development Department, spoke as a speaker with a report on "Integration of On-board Locomotive Traffic Safety Systems into the Digital Train Traffic Control Environment."

This month, a set of "Bort" equipment was delivered to Uzbekistan and is being prepared for installation on a locomotive.

The "Bort" system is being actively exported to the Republic of Kazakhstan, where about 150 locomotives have been equipped since 2019. Railway operators in Kyrgyzstan and Turkmenistan have shown interest.

Based on the results of the conference, the Organizing Committee will publish materials in the scientific and technical journal "Railway Transport: Current Tasks and Innovations" (included in the list of publications recommended by the Higher Attestation Commission of the Republic of Uzbekistan).
